Most design problems aren't what they appear to be. I spend a lot of time before the first frame — understanding what's actually being asked, what needs to hold up over time, and what the work needs to accomplish beyond looking good. The goal is always the same: make something complex feel simple.

Hi, I'm Yusei. A digital product designer based in Japan. Growing up, I always liked things that are beautiful and functional like a good rain jacket that keeps the rain out but still makes you feel good wearing it.
I'm not usually the loudest person in the room. I like to listen before I speak and think before I raise my hand. Design is similar in that sense to me. I think it's one of the quieter ways to change how people experience their day. Not dramatically. Just a little better, a little clearer.
